Water Level Monitoring
The Miros Water Level and Waves System (MirLevel system) processes data from one or several water level sensors. The MirLevel system reads raw data from the sensor(s), processes the data, shows water level and wave data on the screen, and stores all data into historical files.
The MirLevel system is well suited for both water level measurements and air gap measurements, as well as for wave measurements.
Areas of use
- Sea level monitoring at coastlines.
- Water level monitoring at platforms and vessels.
- Non-directional wave monitoring from shore, platforms and vessels.
- Air gap monitoring from bridges and vessels.
The MirLevel system software consists of several software modules (sensor interface module, data display module, etc.). The data display module shows the various sorts of data, and provides a very flexible user interface. Various sorts of water level statistics can be shown, as well as the wave frequency spectrum and integrated wave parameters. Averaging times and reference levels can be configured using a configuration wizard. The software can easily be installed from a CD to Windows OS platforms.
